Jazz Night Planning
Jazz Night is the McMinnville Music Boosters annual fundraiser which helps financially support the Mac Band. If you are interested in getting involved with this fun event, feel free to join us as we begin the planning process for Jazz Night 2019. On Wednesday, October 10th, we’ll be meeting at David’s Chinese Restaurant from about 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.

This week’s schedule:
Monday, October 8th – Marching Band Pictures – Uniforms on at 4:00 pm, Pictures about 4:30 pm @ The Stadium or Field House
Tuesday, October 9th – Marching Practice – 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm @ Baker Field
Tuesday, October 9th – Band Parent Meeting – 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm @ HS Freshman Den (This will be another breakout-into-committees-style meeting as we plan for the remainder of the marching competition season.)
Thursday, October 11th – Marching Practice – 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm @ Baker Field
Friday, October 12th – Marching Practice – 12:00 – 1:30 pm (and I would assume that we will load the trailer just after that)
Saturday, October 13th – Pride of the NorthWest @ Grants Pass High School

A Huge THANK YOU!
I feel very fortunate that so many new friends and parents have jumped in and are helping out with the Marching Band this year. There is no simply way we could have accomplished so much without your help. Thanks to all of you for taking the time to make a positive difference in the lives of a hundred great kids! You are amazing!
(And how many bands can say that they have a Pit Crew member all the way from the Czech Republic?)
