Greetings Band Parents and Mac Band Supporters,
The Mac Band Bottle Drop account is closing in on $10,000! We are currently at $9,675.90 and with another Bottle Drive coming up this Saturday, it should put us over. A lot of great parents and students have put in the time and effort to get us this far. Thank you all!
This Saturday’s Drive will be in the Incahoots parking lot (905 NE Baker Street) from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Please check the Volunteer Sign-up and sign-up to help for an hour or take a few bags to your favorite Bottle Drop location. Here’s the link.
Meeting Recap
Your Band Parent Board had a quick Meeting last Tuesday to go over a few things that are happening. The highlights are:
- the possibility of obtaining another trailer to use for band competitions and occasional bottle storage
- a possible donation of a storage container which would be transformed into a director’s podium
- the status of the Spring Sponsorship Drive
