Greetings Band Parents and Mac Band Supporters,After a quiet week, it’s time to get back to a bunch of band activities:
The next Band Parent Meeting will be at 6:00 p.m. this Friday, May 17th in the high school auditorium. This is THE meeting to learn all about the Marching Band season and get all your questions answered. To avoid other activities happening at the school, your best bet is to enter through the doors on 15th street (used to be the old entrance) and proceed strait down the hall until you come to the auditorium. Note: Students do NOT have to attend the meeting. Ballet & Jazz – Tuesday, May 14th @ 6:00 p.m. in the High School Auditorium Band Parent Meeting – Friday, May 17th @ 6:00 p.m. in the High School Auditorium Alien Day Parade – Saturday, May 18th – Downtown McMinnville. This Tuesday, the Jazz Band and Marchant Ballet join together for an evening of music and dance. It’s an interesting combination of styles that’s not often seen together, and it’s also a fundraiser, so please come support these talented groups. The show starts at 6:00 p.m.
