Greetings Band Parents and Mac Band Supporters,

Another great band competition at Hillsboro is in the books! Thank you to all of you who have been stepping up to help create such a rewarding experience for our students. There are always new challenges to meet and the band is continuing to improve.

Upcoming Events

Tuesday, October 12th – Marching Practice – 6pm to 8:30pm @ Baker Field

Thursday, October 14th – Marching Practice – 6pm to 8:30 pm @ Baker Field

Saturday, October 16th – Marching Practice – 9am to 12pm @ Baker Field

Our next parent meeting will be October 12, 2021, at 6:00pm. We will meet outside the band room door and then find a place to sit inside.

There is no competition this weekend. Our next competition will be the Century Showcase @ Hillsboro Stadium, Hillsboro OR on October 23rd. Please stay tuned for more details and requests for volunteers.

Bottle Drive

This Saturday, October 16th, is our next bottle drive. Please sign up here for a shift at Incahoots or come and pick up some bags to take to Fred Meyer in Newberg, Wilsonville Safeway, or any other bottle drop location. You can drop them off anytime.

Merchandise

T-shirts, hats, and water bottles are now for sale. We are working on having hoodies available soon. You can purchase these items at the parent meeting on Tuesday, on the website, or at our next competition. Thank you so much for Marse and Jamie for all of your hard work making this happen!
