Greetings Band Parents and Mac Band Supporters,
The Marching Band finished up the competition season on a high note at the NWAPA Championships on Saturday. They scored 68.5 on the field at Autzen Stadium – a high for the season and also a career high for the band. Congratulations Mac Band!
And I can’t say it enough – Thanks to all the Parents who helped out in Eugene and throughout the season. Not only do you work hard, you are all great people to hang out with in parking lots all over Oregon.
NOTE: We’re hoping to get all our accounting in order by the end of this month, so if you’ve purchased food or supplies for the band this fall, please bring your receipts to Saturday’s Parent Show or the next Band Parent Meeting. And Thanks!

Steve has been taking hundreds if not thousands of photos of the band this fall and after thinning them down has posted the best of the best from the first three competitions at this link. Parent Show and Dinner
Your final chance to see the band perform their show ‘Still I Rise’ is this Saturday, November 9th at 1:00 p.m. at Wortman Stadium. This year, we are changing the format of this event and Jesse has arranged for us to reconvene after the show at Mezcal Sabores de Mexico (1208 SW Baker Street) for a fundraising lunch/dinner.

The MAC BAND Students and Staff proudly present the final performance of our 2019 Marching Band Show, “STILL I RISE” to our most beloved audience.
All family, friends, neighbors, band supporters and alumni are invited to this FREE PERFORMANCE in our home stadium.
