Greetings Band Parents and Mac Band Supporters,
Saturday’s Bottle Drive may have been a record breaker (if we kept better notes we would know for sure). In a fast 5 hours we bagged up 162 bags of bottles and cans and still have quite a few boxes of bottles to go. By my estimate, that should amount to around $1200. A big thank you to the small but mighty crew who got it done!
New Mac Band Merch
Imprinted with the classic Mac Band logo on the front and the Mac Pride chant on the back, the Mac Band Water Bottle is now available. You can get yours (or your kids’) at the MacBand website or at many of the upcoming summer and fall band events. These bottles are excellent quality and will last for years.

Just Around the Corner
Band Camp starts on Monday, August 2nd and that’s only about a week away! This year’s camp will be held at various locations in and around the High School. Look for a complete schedule in next week’s email.
As always, a few fabulous parent volunteers will be needed to help make camp run smoothly. Keep an eye out for an upcoming email with the list of volunteer opportunities. Thanks in advance for your help!
