Pie Sale
The annual Pi Day Pie Sale is happening now. Students have just gotten the order forms and are ready to take orders for delicious Blue Raeven pies. This fundraiser will benefit each student individually and monies earned can be used to offset upcoming expenses (like Marching Band). Orders need to be turned in by March 7th.

Show of Hands
This Saturday the Oregon Crusaders will be at McMinnville High School hosting Show of Hands, an indoor Percussion and Winds show and competition. The MAC BAND will be running the concessions booth as a fundraiser. Students can sign-up to help (sheets will soon be posted in the bandroom) and adult volunteers are needed as well. (Please email [email protected] if you can assist.) It’s fun and easy and you’ll get to enjoy some outstanding high school ensembles as well as hear the Oregon Crusaders Indoor live! (Note: You might want to bring some earplugs – things do get loud.)

Band Parent Meeting
The next Band Parent Meeting is coming up next week on Tuesday, March 6th at 7:00 p.m. in the high school band room. (Note: this is one week earlier than our usual meeting night.)

Roby’s Furniture
On Saturday, March 10th, the MAC BAND will perform during the Grand Opening of Roby’s Furniture. There will be a ribbon cutting at 11:00 am with media coverage so the band should get some great exposure. Roby’s will also be conducting a silent auction which will benefit the band.

McMenamins Friends and Family Night
On Friends and Family Night, bring everyone you know out for burgers, beers, wine, cocktails, salads, sandwiches, tater tots, the day’s specials and more – because at the end of the night, 50% of the evening’s total sales are donated to the Mac Band! The more you order, the more is earned for a good cause!
