Greetings Band Parents and Mac Band Supporters,
Members of the Winter Guard and the Winter Percussion have a lot on their calendars for the next few months. All the rehearsal dates and times are now on the MacBand Calendar and there are a multitude. And in addition, all the competition dates are listed. Each group will participate in 4 NWAPA competitions (if you want to catch both shows on the same day, the Liberty Showcase on March 21st is the one to attend). Also, the Winter Guard will once again compete in the WGI Regionals at Skyview High School in Vancouver.
We are fortunate to have such a dedicated group of instructors who are ready and willing to put in the time to help the kids improve their skills and bring the shows to the next level.

Band Parent Board Work Session – Tuesday, December 10th @ 7:00 p.m. in the High School Library. For December, instead of a general band parent meeting, just the board (you know who you are) needs to show up for this one.
Holiday Jazz Concert – Thursday, December 19th @ 8:00 p.m. in the High School Auditorium. Featuring the MHS Jazz Band, the Twilighters, and Sterling Jazz.
