Greetings Band Parents and Mac Band Supporters,
Band Camp starts on tomorrow, Monday, August 3rd and runs all week from 9:00 am until noon each day. Mr. Barton has plans to ensure that this will be a fun, educational, and safe experience for all the kids.
Thanks to the parents who have already signed up, but more help (your help) is needed to make this camp happen. Band Parents are needed to help with check-in and snacks. Each day, we need 4 parents to help check-in students, 2 parents to help with snacks, and parents to drop off snacks and bottled water in the morning. Here is the link to sign-up.
Look at it this way, this year you don’t have to…
…drive an hour to get to camp.
…make multiple trips to the school every day.
…cook for and clean up after 100 kids.
…sleep on a gym floor.
