Greetings Band Parents and Mac Band Supporters,

Band Camp Starts TOMORROW!

Mr Barton has been working overtime to get things ready for this year’s Band Camp. Since we are currently without a High School Band Room, instruments have been moved over to Patton Middle School and will need to be moved back and forth between schools every day. In addition to moving equipment, there are still many volunteer slots open for parents. Please go to the Volunteer Signup Sheet and add your name to the list.

(For your information, Fitting Bibbers is really easy. Kids just try them on to see if they fit. If not, we find them another pair. If they do, we take note of their name and write down the number that’s on the bibbers. Can you help with this?)

We could also use another popup canopy or two. If you have one to loan out for the week, please put your name on it and drop it off on Monday morning at Patton.

And finally, we are working on having a ‘social time and snacks’ for parents after the show on Friday. Please plan to stick around and meet some of your fellow Marching Band Parents!
