Greetings Band Parents and Mac Band Supporters,
Band Camp starts tomorrow and we couldn’t have picked a better time to go. The weather forecast for Cloverdale is for partly cloudy skies with day temperatures around 70 degrees and overnight temperatures in the mid 50’s.

All students need to bring a sack lunch on Monday. After Monday’s lunch, all meals will be provided.
The food committee has done a fantastic job of making sure that all dietary needs are being met and that the Vegans, Vegetarians, Dairy-frees, and Gluten-frees will be well fed, as will the rest of the band!
For those who plan to bring their own foods due to dietary restrictions, there will be a separate storage area for both dry and refrigerated items. We only ask that such foods are clearly labeled with the student’s name.

Please be sure to print, fill out, & bring the necessary forms with you on Monday. We will have a ‘Check In’ table near the buses at 7:00 a.m. All students must turn in a completed Field Trip Permission Form before they will be allowed on the bus.
Many students have already completed and turned in the ‘Contract’ Form. If they haven’t, please make sure you bring that along as well.
(Note: We will have blank copies of both of these forms there on Monday morning, so if your printer is on the fritz or out of ink, no worries, you can fill them out then.)

If students already have a pair of Dinkles, they should bring them to camp. If they don’t have them, or have have no idea what they are, they will find out and be fitted at camp.
Students should also scroll to the bottom of the Band Camp page to read through the list of what to bring. And then they should bring it!

And don’t forget, the band will be presenting a Parent Show on Friday, August 9th at noon on Baker Field. It’s your chance to see just how much they will be learning this week. Be sure to come out to cheer them on and congratulate them on their hard work!
