Greetings Band Parents and Mac Band Supporters,
There’s not very much band news to report this week.
Firstly and sadly, Drum Corps International has canceled their 2020 season, which means no Drums of Fire in July and no Mac Band members touring the country this summer.
Secondly, Mr. Barton has been pondering what band class will look (and sound) like when students are attending via computer. He recently sent out recording of an online homework assignment that one of his students from Idaho submitted. It just goes to show you what people can do when they have time, technology, and talent.
