Greetings Band Parents and Mac Band Supporters,
Winter Percussion takes the floor (literally) this Saturday for the Percussion Premier Show at Forest Grove High School. Their first performance of the season will begin at 11:40 a.m. and according to the schedule, their finals performance will be at 5:20 p.m. Here’s the link to the NWAPA event page where you can find all the pertinent details.
The Winter Percussion could really use your help with meals and moving instruments and equipment so Owen has created a sign-up sheet with times and tasks available. You can sign up to lend a hand at this link. Thanks!
Note: If the logistics work out, there may be a performance for parents and friends on Friday evening. If so, I’ll try to get you more details later in the week. You can also keep up at the Mac Band Facebook page.

Board Work Session
Your Band Parent Board will be getting together on Tuesday evening for a work session. We’ll be meeting in the high school library at 7:00 p.m.

Sponsorship Drive Underway
The Mac Band Sponsorship Drive continues for the next couple of months. Below are links to the flyer along with a donor form and a page with a wish list and a list of some of the costs of putting on a Marching Band Show. If you can, please print off a flyer or two and ask a few friends, family members, or even total strangers for support.
