MHS Marching Band Itinerary
Friday, October 6th:
Students should arrive at band room at 5:30PM
Leaving McMinnville HS no later than 6PM
Arriving at AirBnB in Tukwila, WA around 10PM
Saturday, October 7th:
Leaving AirBnB at 7:30AM
Arrive at Mariner HS, 200 120th St SW, Everett, WA, at 8:30AM
Competition runs from 9AM – 5:30PM
Leaving Mariner HS at 5:30PM
Dinner will be en route
Arriving at McMinnville HS at 11PM
Important Information
Students will need to eat dinner before getting on the bus.

We will have breakfast sandwiches for them in the morning and snacks.
We will be feeding them lunch at the competition.
They will need money for dinner en route, most likely.
They will be sleeping on a floor, so they need sleeping bags and mats. Pack light or not at all (says Mr. Barton)
Band needs Chant shirt, Black socks, and Dinkles as well as anything Katie said. Color Guard should check on Instagram and with guard captains for specifics.
Be at the band room at 5:30PM or 5:45PM at the latest on October 6th.
