Greetings Band Parents and Mac Band Supporters,
The Mac Pride Winter Guard was at Skyview High School in Vancouver on Saturday for the Winter Guard International (WGI) Regional Competition and turned in another pair of solid performances. They scored 63.75 in the prelims and 64.81 in the finals. Congratulations!
A big shout out to Tracy and Tobias for feeding the group at all their competitions and to the parents and friends who helped with moving the prop. There are 2 more competitions coming up for each of the Winter Ensembles and all parents are welcome to join the fun!

Jazz Concert
The Jazz Band has been asked to take part in this concert that will include performances by Sterling Jazz and the Twilighters. Wednesday, March 11th at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium.

Saturday Bottle Drive
The Mac Band is having another Bottle Drive this Saturday, March 14th from 10:00 a.m. until noon at the High School. We will be collecting returnable bottles and cans in the covered area behind Food Services (this is the same location that we used for the Band Tailgate Party last Fall). Please drop by with your returnables and feel free to stay and lend a hand – we could really use your help.
