Greetings Band Parents and Mac Band Supporters,
Our annual March-a-thon fundraiser is coming up this Saturday, August 24th right after band rehearsal. At noon, the band will commence marching around town in an effort to generate some income. The monies raised from this event go directly to each student’s account so it’s in everyone interest to have them print off a copy or two of the March-a-thon Form and get started collecting pledges.
For students who have already paid their Fair Share in full, please consider raising funds to help your friends pay theirs.

How to Login to the MacBand Website
Students – if you want to check on your account balance or update your contact and band information, click on Student Log In from the Students tab on the MacBand website. All you need to know is your student ID for both the Student ID and Password. You can change your password after you log in.
This will work for parents too, if you know your kids’ Student ID number.

Football Schedule Update
You may have noticed that the MacBand Calendar listed a home Football game on Friday, August 30th. We have since learned that this will be more of a football scrimmage with multiple schools visiting McMinnville. And since this isn’t a game, the band will NOT be performing.

Marching Band Rehearsal – Thursday, August 22nd, 6:00 – 8:30 p.m. Meet at the band room.
Marching Band Rehearsal – Saturday, August 24th, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Meet at the band room.
March-a-thon – Saturday, August 24th, Noon, following band rehearsal.
